Quality Inn Cullman I-65 Exit 310

Liked my 2 nights stay. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was well furnished and good-sized. There were a seating area, an iron with ironing board and a work desk too. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Cullman.

Carpet in room could have been better

Room had bad odor,TV remote did not work properly,was told by desk clerk to come down and get deodorizer instead of them briging to my room.

Breakfast could have been better cook quit the first morning there. The second morning they had still not resolved the issue.

The location was convenient and exceptionally nice - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Close to highway. Price was reasonable.

Staff was not friendly. Disputed my reservation. Had to go to my car to get the printed confirmation. WiFi did not work. Heater was not automatic and ran all night. Entry into motel not well marked.

That my room was given away without a phone call or anything. The clerk said my card was ran earlier and declined so when I went to check in I had no room. She said she had called me but she did not. No calls on my call log. Used my "declined" card at the McDonald's 5 minutes prior to being told my card was declined earlier then used it to check into a room twice the amount of the room that was given away that I had booked in February! But the ladies at Comfort Inn in Cullman were very nice and I give them 5 stars. I give Quality minus 5.I have now called the bank to learn my card was fine to use all weekend. So I was lied to about her calling me and my card.

My kids loved having a pool and they said the breakfast was great.

Our AC in our room wasn't working right. Maintenance man wouldn't answer phone so we slept on top of covers all night to try to be comfortable.

The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy seating area perfect. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I loved that there was easy access to restaurants and shopping were good.

Breakfast was pretty basic, not too exciting.

Near the interstate and restaurants near by.

Traveled in different time zone so breakfast noot ready before I left in am. Also no one to give me a receipt.

The staff was friendly and the beds were really comfortable. I would stay again.

My only compliant is the sink faucet wasn't clean and the comforter looked very worn, but overall a good stay!

great location but terrible breakfast

The location was ideal for our plans. Our king room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast situation left much to be desired.

The room smelled musty when we arrived. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time because the toilet was loud as it kept running constantly. Every bath towel we had had big stains of some sort on them. There was not an elevator to the 2nd floor. Carrying our cooler and luggage up and down the stairs was not easy.
